Responsibilities:
Chica & Associates, Inc. is searching for a Senior Project Manager to join our team as soon as possible. In this position you will be responsible for managing highway and bridge projects. Additionally, you will handle the schedule and budget control of projects and mentor staff, and interact regularly with clientele.
 

Qualifications:
To be successful in the role of Senior Project Manager qualifications will include the following: B.S.C.E.; P.E. in the State of Texas (or ability to obtain within six months of hire); Minimum of 10 years experience in highway and bridge projects.

Chica & Associates, Inc. is searching for a Project Engineer to join our team as soon as possible. In this position you will be responsible for:

• The design and plan production of roadway projects using Microstation CADD and Geopak.

• Perform field reviews.

• Supervising engineering and technical staff.

Qualifications:
To be successful in the role of Project Engineer, your qualifications will include:

• A BS in Civil Engineering.

• Knowledge of transportation planning and engineering principles.

• Proficiency with Microstation CADD and Geopak.

• Prior experience with TxDOT projects is a plus.

• At least three years of design experience.

• Experience with TxDOT design standards is desired.

• The design and plan production of roadway projects using Microstation CADD and Geopak.

• Maintaining file formats in accordance with client requirements.

Qualifications:
To be successful in the role of CADD Designer, your qualifications will include:

• An Associates Degree in Engineering or a related field

• Familiarity with TxDOT Policies and Practices..

• Proficiency of Microstation; GEOPAK is a plus.

• Prior experience with TxDOT projects and design standards is a plus.

• At least three years or roadway, drainage, and traffic control design.
